Using StampDuck

By signing up, you agree to use StampDuck for legitimate loyalty programme purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

Subscription and billing

StampDuck is a subscription service billed monthly. Your 7-day free trial begins on sign-up. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your data

You own your business and customer data. Upon cancellation, you can request a data export. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation before deletion.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email of material changes.
