What is StampDuck?

StampDuck is a digital loyalty card platform for local businesses. Customers scan your QR code once and a loyalty card drops straight into their Apple or Google Wallet. Your staff scan their card to add stamps. No app, no paper, no hassle.

Do customers need to download an app?

Never. StampDuck uses Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, apps already on every phone. Customers tap once and they're in. That's it.

How does a customer sign up?

They scan your QR code, optionally enter their name and number (both are optional), and a loyalty card appears instantly in their wallet. The whole thing takes under 15 seconds.

How do staff stamp cards?

Open the StampDuck scanner on any phone, iPad, or laptop. Point the camera at the customer's wallet card. Stamp added. No special hardware, no POS integration, no training needed.

Can customers cheat or fake stamps?

No. The customer card only contains a QR code. Stamps can only be added by a logged-in staff member using the scanner. Customers have no way to stamp themselves.

What happens when a customer earns their reward?

The moment they hit the stamp goal, their wallet card updates automatically. The scanner shows a reward-ready screen so your staff can redeem it. The card then resets to zero ready for the next round.

Can I customise the loyalty card design?

Yes. You can set your business name, reward description, stamp goal, accent colour, and upload your logo. Changes reflect instantly in the live preview and push to all existing customer cards automatically.

How much does it cost?

StampDuck is $17.99 USD per month, billed monthly. Comes with a 7-day free trial. No lock-in, cancel any time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

What if a customer gets a new phone?

They scan your QR code again and we re-issue their card. If they used the same phone number their existing stamp count carries over automatically.

Does it work for Android users?

Yes. Google Wallet passes work on all Android phones. Apple Wallet works on iPhone. Customers get whichever version their phone supports.

Can I see who my regulars are?

Yes. The dashboard shows every customer, their stamp count, join date, and full stamp history. You always know who's close to a reward.

What if we don't currently have a loyalty program?
